We strive for a 5-star experience, and it sounds like we missed the mark for you on this level. That specific stage is definitely a "difficulty spike," but it is beatable! Since those enemies are in the air, standard ground strikes won't hit them. Here is the best strategy to reclaim the skies: Bring out the Big Guns: The AC-130 Gunship is your best friend here. Switch to the 40mm Bofors—it’s perfect for clearing those swarms. Air-to-Air Combat: Use the Apache Helicopter or the Auto-Cannon located on top of the farmhouse. Don't Wait: The secret is to control these manually and start shooting the squids as soon as they emerge from the rifts. If you wait until they are over the farm, it’s often too late! The Frugal Way: If you don't want to use power-ups, focus on merging one High-Level Machine Gun tower, take manual control, and "lead" your shots into the sky. The icon alone is sus. It’s literally the Bug from Starship Troopers. Then there’s the trailer: you have the Engineer’s ship crashing down and Xenomorph Warriors pouring out. When they steal assets from IPs and such… I’m automatically suspicious of a game. EDIT: Devs have a generic responses: “Blah blah, BLAH… … …were a small indie studio, and take INSPIRATION from sci-fi …” Yeahs, there’s a difference between INSPIRATION and straight STEALING IPs / Assets. The bugs are from Helldivers and Starship Troopers. And the aliens, are ALIENS (Xenomorphs). Idk if it’s lost in translation, they don’t care like all these other dime a dozen devs but it doesn’t matter if you’re a indie game, indie studio, and/or another country…you can’t steal assets from a multi million / billion dollar company… They’ll just reply again with some run of the mill spiel and then probably try and take my review down like ArtStorm does… **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
