Fantastic game, but there was an update. I lost all my data. I spent a lot of money playing a game and it’s disheartening that I lost it all.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this update caused. We understand how upsetting it is to lose progress — especially after you’ve invested time and money into the game.

This issue was caused by a data migration problem affecting a limited number of players, and we have already identified and fixed it to prevent it from happening again.
