The reasons are as vast in number as grains of sand in the ocean. To their credit, support usually replies and gives you something. And if you look at reviews, 99% of complaints are met with this solution. But come one, guys. This is not a beta. It’s a ten year old game and literally not one feature in the entire thing works reliably. The only thing the game devs care about is the rate at which they can rip your wallet off. Prices are downright criminal. But even with that, you cant even be bothered to present a product that even works.
