Literally. EVERY SINGLE time. Glad FaceID has finally been supported, but why a password is needed to trxfr money between an acct to a loan after I’m already in the app is beyond me. Passwords are great if doing outside trxfr, but this is impossible. And then locked and have to call the bank to reset instead of being able to online??? It’s frustrating being forced to update the app just to view your account info, especially in a low data coverage area with no access to WiFi.
