This app looks like an app a beginner would make. It hardly works and everything just takes you to a webpage. This could be so much better. Lightspeed was unavailable. Reservations never works. Couldn’t link some passes and the information was very poorly referenced and little was searchable. Wish I would have known about it earlier to sign up for stuff. The location in my benefits was not prominent. The app UX is a zero. Even with WiFi it was slow and I had difficulty viewing items in the store. I scanned more amazon QR codes than the system counted while I never found them all and have no idea what I would have got if I did. Horrible experience. App definitely not necessary ### 1/5 — Almost useless *2019-04-14, version 1.2* While I do sympathize with the fact that this app requires significant organization and information, the fact that it just doesn’t work for most things is a huge disappointment. The biggest complaint is that it gives incorrect information!! The Galaxy Stage is listed as being in 374c. THERE IS NO ROOM 374c!!! It’s room 375c. If it also happened to mention it was the skyline ballroom that would help, but it disappointed. So am I not allowed.? This is terrible. Everyone else has had the opportunity reserve their space on long lines and I simply cannot. Terrible support and terrible information on how and when to use this. ### 1/5 — Trash *2019-04-14* If the purpose of this app was to streamline the Celebration experience by making it easier to plan your schedule around panels you wanted to attend and pick a time to visit the store without waiting in line for hours, then this was a colossal failure on every level. I had tickets for Thursday and Friday. Got there shortly after the event opened and was told the app had already crashed. Couldn’t make any panel reservations for Friday, which was the only other day I was there. Didn’t visit the store because the line was too long and couldn’t utilize the lightspeed lane. Couple this with the garbage tier lottery system that was dropped only 2 weeks before celebration, the entire event was a waste of time and money. As much as I love the Star Wars universe, I’ll never attend another event put on by Reed Pop or any of the other convention planners again. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless as 6 digit link code isnt emailed. *2023-03-24, version 3.0.0* Downloaded the app but can’t link it to tickets to actuvate app, as the link code required to set up the app doesnt arrive. Useless. ### 1/5 — Just a mess. Disney should take over this convention. *2022-05-31* Just to echo most of the other reviews. It was impossible to link QR codes from emails. It was also impossible to enter lightning lanes to go see most of the popular exhibits. I thought that after reviews from years ago that the app would be improved but it really is terrible. The tech support could also not help fix. Disney, please take over the logistics of this convention, Reed Pop really dropped the ball. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2022-05-30* This is my first and last Star Wars celebration unfortunately due to a very unorganized app and event. This is crazy fix this problem already!! ### 1/5 — Calling it a dumpster fire would be a compliment *2022-05-26* Once again ReedPop has both mismanaged their event as well as their app. I want to say I’m surprised but this sub-garbage company has consistently set the bar so low that I am not. One star is far too generous for a company that can’t handle the bear minimum. Often test pages will show up, the app crashes consistently, the app kicks you to the homepage when you attempt to link your badge, etc. Dumpster fire app, for a dumpster fire company that is once again running a dumpster fire of an invent. ### 1/5 — Horrible app support *2022-05-26, version 2.0.0* The convention starts tomorrow. Still unable to scan my badges QR code to link the badge to my account. No support options. ### 1/5 — QR scanning doesn’t work which makes the app worthless *2022-05-25* How exactly am I supposed to otherwise sign up for events and queues and whatnot when the app is REQUIRED but DOES NOT FUNCTION??? Of course there’s no help either. No customer service. No way to submit a but report. The rest of the app needs to be improved but it does its job. Kinda sad it didn’t come out 2-3 weeks ago. And that it doesn’t save panels and stuff on the app as was promised for reservations and the “lightspeed” panel services ### 4/5 — Panels *2019-04-07, version 1.0* In the panels part, it shows where all of the auto graphs are and with who. It does not list the panels or the stages. ### 3/5 — Photo ops and autographs in My schedule *2025-04-01* Please make it possible to easily add my photo ops and autographs to “my schedule” and set reminders for them ### 3/5 — Good, but not complete… *2022-05-18, version 2.0.0* The app will not allow us to scan the QR code of our activated badges to be able to access Lightspeed Lane reservations when they become available. ### 3/5 — Meh. *2019-04-06* I like that you can favorite events and make your own schedule. The maps are pretty handy too, and you can zoom in enough to see booth numbers. However: 1) they should have an interactive pin trading checklist. 2) in addition, the “guests” and “pin trading” simply link to the website. Is that really the best you can do? 3) the schedule is all inclusive, but there’s no way to only see the panels. The only options are viewing autographs-only, photo ops-only, or see everything. I mean, by the time you’re there, you should have already scheduled and bought the autograph and photo ops, so you don’t really need to see every single one. But you DO need to see all the panels and events happening throughout Celebration. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-05-25* Badge scan doesn’t work Can’t log in with email only Facebook Maps doesn’t work Come on guys you got this - fix the app! ### 2/5 — Just a glorified advertisement for Celebration Merch *2019-04-12, version 1.1* If the only reason you go to Celebration is to spend too much money on SW stuff, then this app is for you. If you want to find when and where panels are, and how to get admitted to them, it’s useless. The lottery system for first panel of the day is a big improvement of people queuing overnight, but they have no coherent plan or information for the sessions that come later in the day. ### 2/5 — Autograph/Photo Op Filtering *2019-04-07, version 1.0* You NEED to implement a way to remove autographs and photo Ops from the daily listings. Searching for a regular panel is like trying to find a needle in a haystack because there are so many star appearances each day. ### 2/5 — Long wait for disappointing app *2019-04-07, version 1.0* Though this app leaves a lot to be desired (it’s incredibly basic) the worst part of it is the Panels feature. You can’t filter to show only panels. It shows all autographing and photo ops which clutters the view and takes forever to browse through. Please fix the filter problem. People who bought the autographs and photo ops already know when their time slot is. ### 2/5 — Learn proper design *2019-04-06, version 1.0* Can't wait for SWC. However, within the app you use a horrible bright yellow background with white text on it.
