So annoying that it doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Pathetic *2022-02-18, version 1.3.4* Been told to download it and complete all the sections. IT DOESNT EVEN OPEN. How am I supposed to complete the training?? To be honest I’m not surprised, most things in the stores don’t work why would the app be any different?? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP ### 1/5 — Completely Non-Functional *2022-02-13* This App literally doesn’t work in even the most basic sense. Since then, I haven’t been able to open a single course it just freezes the app. Very frustrating and annoying. As soon as you log in the screen freezes and no amount of deleting and reloading or switching on and off fixes it. I’m just trying to get a black apron you feel me? **Developer response:** You can access all Starbucks Global Academy (SGA) courses by signing into your account on the mobile app or desktop platform and searching through our library. As for the Coffee Master program, market leaders own the decision of how they will use Starbucks Coffee Academy content in place of the existing Coffee Master Journal moving forward. All current Coffee Masters will keep their certifications and black aprons. Please let us know of any questions at support@starbucksglobalacademy.com. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Will not let me sign in *2025-04-22* I can sign in my browser on my phone and laptop fine but not this app. No matter what email or password I use it won’t let me in. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-11-29, version 2.5.2* Started to do coffee master 300, I was on the last section and it crashed. Now I am unable to open it at all. It wasn’t easy to navigate to start with, still persevered until it allowed me to. Not a quality app, expected more ### 1/5 — Crashes too much *2024-11-25* It crashes, I uninstall it, reinstall it and it’s stil blank, no sign in page, no anything. Just a wallpaper. I used this app when I was training to be a coffee master. It was truly convenient (at that time) for the quizzes and having access to the courses. Now that I revisit the app, it doesn’t even load the sign in page. It seems that they completely abandoned the app entirely when it could’ve stayed as useful tool for partners and customers alike. ### 1/5 — Worst app I've ever used *2023-11-26, version 2.5.1* extremely buggy and it utilises cookies in an atrocious manner… if your wifi acts up and fails to load a page containing embedded HTML, for instance with cards, the weird quizzes in greener apron, or videos, it will never load that page again unless you delete those cookies.. which usually means deleting the app and signing back in. which also sometimes prevents you from loading entire courses and i have had to do it 3 times today just to finish one course and start 2 others. it’s also worth mentioning that there are a lot of videos on here that have actually been removed from youtube and as such are no longer available to watch, it’s clear the app has not received any maintenance at all for years ### 1/5 — Good information Terrible design *2023-11-08* While the courses offer great education. It is very clear that minimal effort was put into designing the APPs User Interface.
