When it gets charge of my credit card and loaded the amount, it just kept loading. After a while it shown the payment screen again, I paid. It just double paid eventually. The app doesn’t have any help page to contact so I left a review here and hope them to check ### 1/5 — worst coffee shop app ever *2026-01-16, version 10.13.0* I don’t understand why a coffee app need to constantly and automatically log out? And the password setting rule is too strict . Every time I try to visit a store I ll forget password. It took me more than 3 minutes to order a latte with 4 bars signal. I am a gold star member for many years and only thing that is disappointing about Starbucks is this app. The loading time feels like I am in the 90s using a 56k modem. Single. Time I go to Starbucks. Why? Why does it log me out so frequently? Is this Hotmail in 1997? I’m also met, upon logging in, with a gift card balance that’s always wrong and a series of coupons that are either expired or not applicable. Apps should improve the quality of the customer experience; this makes it far worse. The ONLY redeeming feature of this app is that it gets you two hours of WiFi instead of SBHK’s ultra-stingy 30 minutes. ### 1/5 — Worst food and beverage app *2026-05-10, version 10.13.0* Kept being loaded and eventually not working.
