It takes to many steps to order and it need to redesign the favorite store it should be in the main page to minimize the number of clicks.

I have for weeks tried and failed to join this app. I have tried on Wi-Fi and also using data. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times but when registering it states there is an error and to try again later

Mathematically, you need to spend 62.5 kwd or $200 worth of purchases to get a one free drink! The worst rewards program i u ever used for a coffee chain. Not mentioning that kuwait is one of the most expensive starbucks in the whole world since it first opened in kuwait. As much as i love starbucks i try to avoid it in kuwait as much as i can.

I been using the Starbucks rewards app for 3 months now and I have to say it’s a really good app for Starbucks lovers to save money and earn stars <
  What I didn’t like was that you have to be a gold member to get a free drink for your birthday! every other country outside the Middle East you don’t have to be an golden member so boo ! 
The app has so much glitches too 
Needs a lot of bug fixes &

So if you have 500 stars and was closer to the gold member (750) and used 2 free drinks with 500 stars you will get back to zero stars?? 
Seems something wrong and had to start again?
I would say try to get some benefits from the US starbucks experience 
And need to add some drinks that not available in Kuwait
