It constantly gets stuck, canon open email messages, seems your notifications, which are impossible to open… etc., and the list goes on. I am giving it an extra star as a courtesy and out of loyalty to my favorite Starbucks Mocha. Otherwise, it deserves 1 star. Please fix this app. ### 2/5 — Buggy app with rewards issue *2025-10-10, version 9.3.5340* App is Buggy, rewards doesnt show the full list. If I tell the person at the counter before purchase then it works. Seems like they have a way to cheat on points earned. Loyalty is not really loyalty with starbucks. Shops show as open even though they are closed even in the app schedule. Almost all items have mistakes in macros. The app is unusable for me. I had ZERO issues with Starbucks apps in other countries but this I cannot use at all ### 1/5 — Terrible design, overpriced and pretentious reward system *2024-07-21* First off, you can’t see the prices of an item until you checkout. Secondly, every item on the menu is significantly pricier compared to the US. Lastly, the reward system is a joke. It requires you to spend significantly on drinks before you’re able to redeem anything. If you’re gonna make an app and incentivise customers, do it properly or don’t do it at all. Like, before, the cheese croissant was 9.5 AED but now!! It’s 15 AED.
