I was charged for an automatic subscription renewal that I did not intend to continue. I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but my request was refused. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and customer support. In addition, many of the dramas feel very similar and there is a lot of repetitive content, which makes me feel that the subscription is not worth the price. And then downloaded the app and logged in. VIP pass is completely gone from both app and online. They basically took my money. Recommend not downloading. ### 1/5 — Overpriced for what it is *2026-09-02, version 2.43.1* Not only do they want more money than a professional streaming service like Netflix or Hulu but they absolutely lie about how easy it is to watch the shorts for free and neglect to mention that the further into a series you get the shorter each clip gets, so the further you get into a series the more ads they force you to watch and since they limit the number of ads you can watch each day, the further into a series you get the less of the series you get to watch each day. At this rate, it’s going to take me over two weeks just to be able to finish the one series I’m trying to watch.
