The STARFACE Communications Hub for your iPhone. The STARFACE Apps combine powerful high-end business telephony with a seamless integration of instant messaging, voicemail, video chat, and faxing. These features are also available for your iPhone. The STARFACE Apps bundle all communication channels on your smartphone and turn it into the innovative and modern communications center of your STARFACE telephone system. The Journal keeps you up to date with everything that happens. Who sent you a chat message? Who called you and left a message on your voicemail? You can see everything concerning your STARFACE account. Your STARFACE Function Keys (BLFs) are also available right on your mobile phone, as are instant messaging and the STARFACE address book. Meist 5 Sek. Im mobilen Netz immer wieder Probleme - Gegenüber höre ich, mein Gegenüber nicht. Muss dann mit Handynummer arbeiten, was nicht Sinn und Zweck ist. Zudem gibt es nicht mal ein Widget für Schnellwahl und direkt Callbutton. Die Copy and Paste funktioniert in der Tastatur auch nicht. Bin mehr als unzufrieden. Einzig die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind gut. ### 2/5 — Funktioniert nur im Firmen-WLAN *2026-04-13* Hallo, aufgrund einer Hörschädigung nutze ich auch im Büro die Starface-App auf meinem iPhone. Nach einem Update habe ich nur noch Probleme. Leider ist es so, dass die Gespräche immer wieder unterbrochen werden oder gar nicht zustande kommen. Wenn ich von zuhause arbeite, kann ich die App nicht nutzen. Es kommt immer die Meldung, dass das Softphone nicht aktiviert ist. Alle Einstellungen sind aber wie vorher auch. **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wenn sie Auffälligkeiten oder Probleme in der App haben, können Sie sich immer gern über Ihren Fachhändler an unseren Support wenden, damit wir uns die Fälle im Detail anschauen und Ihnen helfen können. ### 3/5 — Software *2026-01-08* Es ist ein tolles Feature, dass ich unsere Telefonanlage auch direkt über mein iPhone nutzen kann in Klammern iPhone 15 Max, mit Os18) jedoch fällt mir seit langem auf, und wir nutzen Starface seit drei Jahren im Unternehmen mit mehr als 50 Mitarbeitern. Das ist gerade auf dem Mobiltelefon öfter zu abstürzen. Kommt man muss dann die App komplett schließen und wieder neu aufmachen. Ansonsten zeigt er keine Verbindung an was sehr schade ist. Auf meinem iPhone kommt es auch oft vor, dass selbst nach dem Öffnen und schließen keine Verbindung zum Server wieder hergestellt werden kann, obwohl er die App ja neu lädt. Die Verbindung stellt sich meist erst wieder her nach einem kompletten Neustart der Telefone. Ansonsten finde ich die App übersichtlich aber irgendwie fehlt mir auch der moderne Touch da drinne und die Smarty das einfache es ist alles sehr aufgeräumt aber es holt mich von der Nutzer oberfläche trotzdem nicht 100-prozentig ab. ### 2/5 — Eigentlich gut, aber *2025-11-07* Seit 2 Versionen hängt sich die ständig auf, Grund weiß ich nicht, muss dann immer einpasse Sekunden warten bis sie neu startet. Ist nicht gut bei Anrufen… Problem ist in der non Beta noch schlimmer. Ich hoffe ihr bekommt das endlich in den Griff, da ist euch die 3cx um einiges voraus! ### 5/5 — Läuft *2025-10-28* Keine Probleme App läuft wie sie soll ### 4/5 — Apple Watch Benachrichtigungen *2025-06-17* In Verbindung mit der aktuellsten Starface-Anlage ein wirklich gelungener Baustein für mobiles Arbeiten. Was leider nicht geht: seit ich eine Apple Watch habe, ist das iPhone auf lautlos gestellt, Anrufe über die normale Telefon-App werden zuverlässig auf der Watch signalisiert. Die Anrufe auf der Starface-App leider nicht, da verpasse ich deswegen fast alle Anrufe! **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr tolles Feedback. Es freut uns, dass Sie unsere Produkte gern im Alltag nutzen und zufrieden damit sind. Eine Benachrichtigung über eingehende Anrufe auf der Apple Watch ist derzeit leider nicht möglich. Apple erlaubt es Drittanbieter-Apps aktuell nicht ohne Weiteres, Anrufe gleichzeitig auf dem iPhone und der Watch anzuzeigen – dafür wären tiefgreifende technische Änderungen nötig. ### 3/5 — Instabile Verbindung *2025-05-14* Die Verbindungen sind leider nicht stabil genug. Währen dem Telefonieren, geht der Ton einfach weg aber die Uhr zeigt die Verbindung ist noch da ist. **Developer response:** Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass die Verbindungen bei Ihnen nicht stabil genug sind. Wenn der Ton während des Telefonats wegfällt, aber die Verbindung laut Anzeige weiterhin besteht, könnte es verschiedene Ursachen geben. Bitte melden Sie dieses Problem über Ihren STARFACE Fachhändler an unseren Support. So können wir es im Detail analysieren und eine gezielte Lösung finden. ### 5/5 — Abbrüche *2025-04-04* Häufige Abbrüche, speziell bei der mobilen App auf dem iPhone, auch nach vielen Updates nicht behoben. Den Anrufer hört man oft nicht und wird selbst nicht gehört. Einmal klicken auf Anrufen sorgt schnell mal für einen doppelanruf, man ruft dann zweimal die gleiche Person z.B. an.
