However, this was not the case. In order to utilize the membership I must download a different app which is not as easy for him to navigate. Very frustrated, and called customer service to be met with a very short response. I would not have purchased a membership knowing it would not work within this app. ### 5/5 — Love it *2022-02-11* My 4 year old granddaughter loves using Starfall. Keeps her engaged for up to an hour.
