Update: So Starkville utilities posted that the app is waiting approval from Apple but what is taking so long? This is really inconvenient for me because I can’t pay or see my bill ! It won’t let you log in because as soon as you open the app it’s just the spinning wheel and then it will say connection error try again later.... this has been going on for over a week! Seems to be the same for others. I don’t always receive the paper bill in the mail so this is the only way I see how much my bill is because the website doesn’t work for me either. No big deal right? I’ll just go to forgot password and follow simple directions. Wrong. I request username and type in my email and get the email just fine. I type in the correct username and password i thought i had and it says it’s not accepted. So i go to forgot password and enter the same email as used before and it says check email for instructions or whatever. So i go to email to find it but it will not actually send anything. I’ve tried multiple times. So please fix the forgot password problem in the app because i know I’m not the only one.
