I love the privacy (end to end encryption) and meditative  prompts of this app! I can speak or write reflections and am looking forward to trying the challenges like Life stages or domains, Emotions and Virtues!

My friend who made this recommended me to try it out. It helps with noticing the little things as well as have a variety of prompts for us to use as a system. Please check it out if you can!!!
