At least they have helped in the past. ### 1/5 — Jobsworth Staff - Computer Says No *2026-08-18, version 4.62.0* App is good but Big Brother is watching you & apparently you can’t pay for lottery tickets through the account & rather than apply common sense the “computer says no” mentality of the staff just refer to terms & conditions but won’t say whether any of their staff play the lottery - as a result my wife & I now have dormant personal accounts and I will be moving my business account in the near future T’s & C’s are for lawyers and constant reference to them is no way to create a business relationship Starling - Thanks for the offer to raise a complaint but having done this once where you ignored many of the issues I raised - what’s the point, I have choice and will use that choice with my business account soon ### 1/5 — Oh my goodness… *2026-08-17, version 4.62.0* The security to re-enter my account on a seperate phone isn’t 2 factor authentication… it’s 5 factor authentication. It has to be the most tedious service I’ve ever came across. I can provide ID date of birth the location of where I made the account everything about it and they will not budge from the path of a video. Yet despite me pointing out the errors multiple times, they can’t be bothered to fix this error … blaming another company. So simple to use it’s not true.
