Such a frustrating experience. For both flights, I purchased seats with extra legroom, as I am tall and find it difficult to sit for long periods. On my return trip at the end of March, a flight attendant asked us to hand over our empty water containers for disposal. I took down my backpack from the overhead compartment and handed her one empty plastic bottle. She then asked me to take out another transparent water bottle, which was a Japanese product purchased in Taiwan. I explained that it was my personal item, and she then instructed me to put it into my backpack. During meal service, she served my meal first but did not provide any water or beverage. When she returned after serving the passengers in front and came back to my seat, I asked if I could have a drink. She responded with a stern expression and made a downward cutting gesture with her hand, without saying anything such as “please wait.” I have already sent an email to your company but have not received any response.
