1. Timesheet View Mode for Existing Records
Candidates accessing previously submitted or existing timesheets will be presented with a read-only view. No edits can be made to existing timesheet entries from the Candidate Portal — the interface will render in View Mode only, ensuring data integrity while maintaining full visibility for the candidate.

2. N/A State Support for Certifications
Certifications within the Candidate Portal will support an explicit "N/A" state, allowing candidates to mark a certification field as not applicable rather than leaving it blank. This enables cleaner data representation and avoids ambiguity between unanswered and intentionally non-applicable entries.

3. Scheduled End Date as Timesheet Fallback
When no Actual End Date is recorded for an assignment, the system will automatically reference the Scheduled End Date to determine timesheet eligibility and coverage period. This ensures uninterrupted timesheet processing without requiring manual intervention.

4. GSA Values in Assignments — HC Candidate Portal Mobile App
General Service Agreement (GSA) values will be surfaced within the Assignments section of the HC Candidate Portal Mobile App, giving candidates visibility into their assignment-level GSA details directly from the mobile interface.

5. Timesheet Discrepancy Details — HC ATS & Candidate Portal App
Timesheet discrepancy information will be displayed both in the timesheet listing view and within individual timesheet detail screens, across both HC ATS and the HC Candidate Portal App. This allows candidates and administrators to identify and review discrepancies without navigating away from the timesheet context.

6. Total Timesheet Hours — Single Row Display
The Candidate Interface will consolidate and display the total timesheet hours in a dedicated single row, providing candidates with a clear, at-a-glance summary of their logged hours without needing to manually tally individual entries.
