This has been happening for months and despite not airing The Show some weeks, this still hasn’t been fixed. This is the same company that switched to this app (their own) from a different one a year or so ago with no warning and said everyone’s saved points would be migrated to the new platform and they never were. ### 1/5 — Can’t do Anything *2021-03-23, version 1.2.1* The voting system is down, so there is almost no point to it now. All I see is IZ*ONE. What does this mean? Propaganda to only vote & listen to them for the future? It is frustrating and with no explanation why. Every time I sign in it asks me to resend the verification & when I do I get a 505 Server error. I tried to create another account with a different email, same thing. This happens with the app & website. I tried logging in with Facebook, google and an acc w just an ID and password. Whenever I tried logging in, it gave me the option to resend an email verification email and I was so confused.. I kept checking my mail and saw nothing, so I clicked to resend another email verification. Right after I click to resend an email again, the numbers and words 500 | Error pop up on my screen. I can’t seem to log in to the acc I made, and don’t know how to. You can watch 5 video ads for every hour and get 10 SST for each video. But nowadays, it only gives you 20-30 SST per hour. Seriously it’s so frustrating. I want to vote but it’s literally so difficult to obtain SST. I even contacted StarPlay support, but they said I did receive sst, even though I didn’t. So, I don’t what kind of error this is, a StarPlay IPhone app error or some other technical problem. Please fix. Thanks. ### 1/5 — NO ADS *2022-07-25* I can’t watch ads on different accounts. When some people vote honestly but others cheat, and StarPlay doesn’t do anything to address this or make things right, there’s no point in wasting your time on this app. StarPlay only cares about the money, and thinks people will buy more votes to “catch up” to the ones boosted by cheating. The rewards for the idols are lame too. Fanbases can easily afford a single ad, instead of wasting time voting in these corrupt polls. ### 1/5 — Poor security *2021-07-06, version 1.2.1* This app has the worse security, me and countless others watched as this app got hacked over and over. We informed the company about what was happening and they did nothing to fix the problem. Stop allowing hackers and cheating on your app. Fix your security. ### 1/5 — Got Hacked *2021-07-05* the app got hacked and ruined voting for people. also hacker had access to details about users personal info including payment methods ### 1/5 — Voting glitch *2021-07-05, version 1.2.1* I only downloaded the app to vote for Changbin (from stray kids) for August birthday vote 2021 and he was at 1st place with 45 million votes and suddenly it went down to 1 million votes. It’s not fair if Changbin doesn’t win because of this glitch. You guys need to fix it now because it’s not fair AT ALL! Edit: Right now Ateez fans are hacking Starplay and making Changbin lose. Earlier today, our fandom was in the lead with a pretty big gap and now somehow, someone is hacking and causing our rank to continuously drop and go back to first! Because of this, we do not know if our votes are actually REAL! FIX. YOUR. SECURITY. and while you’re at it, fix your whole app ! ### 1/5 — Server Connection Error all the time *2021-04-23, version 1.2.1* I’m sorry to say this but you need to hire new developers for this app. I’ve used many voting apps and this is probably the worst in term of user experience. It’s not only slow but also has limited functionality. What’s the point of this app when I can’t even use it properly to vote for my favs?? Fix your app please! —- Update Jan 17, 2021 I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. You can get silver stars from watching ads again, and it’s been like this since December. I just wish when I open the app it’ll stay on English instead of having to manually switch every time I need to navigate around. I also would like to see more instructions how to receive more silver star tokens. ### 3/5 — it’s...usable? *2020-11-23, version 1.2.1* It’s easy to set up and for the most part is fun to use. However, I don’t consistently get rewards for ads like I should and the language keeps resetting even when I put it to English. If it’s to sign in with Google, Facebook, or KakaoTalk, then you should just state that’s what it is. I can’t log back into my account because it was originally linked to my Facebook and apparently the Facebook login feature is currently unavailable for the app. If I try the find a password option, it just tells me it can’t find it cause it’s a simple ID and to log in using the simple sign-up path... which I can’t do cause the Facebook login feature isn’t available IF that’s what the simple sign-up path is. ### 2/5 — FIX THE APP *2020-09-17* I don’t get anything after watching 5 ads and I often try the day after but I still don’t get silver star /tokens after watching 5 ads! 1 months ago even if I didn’t watch any ads all days when I would try to one watch it would say “ hourly ads limit has been reached “ and it wasn’t the first time it happened! and I tried using a different accounts but it doesn’t give me silver stars after watching 5 ads at all . fix this please ! -it doesn’t give me silver stars/token , after watching a add and then say “ hourly ads limit has been reached “ ### 2/5 — not getting rewards *2020-09-13, version 1.2.1* i keep not getting rewards for ads. i could watch 5 ads and only get 30 silver star tokens, and it’s incredibly frustrating. i’ve even tried waiting at the end of the ad until my phone screen goes dark, and clicking the ad so it takes me to the app store. still, i don’t get all the rewards. this used to be a rare problem, but now this happens more frequently than i actually get all 50 tokens. also, i consistently don’t get tokens after completing the missions. i only got my reward two times, and i’ve completed many more missions. and one of the times i got my reward was after filing a complaint. this app really needs to get their stuff together ### 2/5 — Crash *2020-08-01, version 1.2.1* It always crashes and it’s so slow every time I try to vote it says something like my connection isn’t connect like bruh I’m trying to vote for BTS When I put my settings to English it goes back to Korean, and for some reason I do missions but I don’t get my tokens --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
