## What is StarPlayer+?

Axissoft Mobile StarPlayer+ has been developed for supporting the MP4 content playback.
StarPlayer+ is the player that can be used for mobile video content playback.
Now, You can play any MP4 contents on your computer, cafe as well as subway at anytime, anywhere.

The contents of each folder can be managed by the content manager very easily.
StarPlayer+ supports the screen brightness adjustment and RWD/FWD by using gestures.  
In addition, StarPlayer+ supports the bookmark, speed control, display aspect ratio, rotation lock and A-B repeat features.

### 3/5 — 싱크로가 계속 맞지 않습니다

영상을 처음부터 시작하면 싱크로가 맞는데, 특정 시점부터 보려고 하면 싱크로가 맞지 않거나 소리가 얼마간동안 들리지 않는 현상이 반복되고 있습니다. 이로 인해 실질적인 사용이 거의 불가능한 상태입니다…
해결 방법을 부탁드립니다.

먼저 앱 이용에 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다.
번거로우시겠지만 아래와 같이 순차대로 테스트 부탁드립니다.
(1) 스타플레이어 설정 -> '기본 플레이어 사용' OFF
(2) 브라우저 캐시 삭제 (방문기록 전체 삭제)
(3) 브라우저 변경
(4) 앱 삭제 후 재설치

위와 같이 테스트 후에도 증상이 동일하시다면 리뷰 답변만으로는 한계가 있어

이게 해커스만 그런건지 모르겠는데 해커스 인강 다운 받아서 들으려고 할 때마다 정상적인 기기가 아니고 탈옥된 기기라고 해커스 쪽에서 프로그램 지웠다가 다시 설치해서 사용 해보라고 했는데 그래도 똑같아요.

맥북에어 15 m2입니다. 

다른 리뷰 보니까 의도한게 아니기 때문에 보안상의 이유로 차단 되어 있다고 하는데 지금 제 것도 마찬가지인건가요? 저 노트북 산지 지금 한달도 안됐는데 탈옥된 기기 경고 멘트 뜨면서 재생이 안되는게 너무 화나네요. 호환성은 m1 이상이어야지 호환 가능하다면 제 기기에선 작동이 정상적으로 되어야죠.

동영상 강의 목록에서 일부 강의만 클릭해서 선택한 후 일괄삭제하는 기능이 있었으면 좋겠습니다.
현재는 한 개 한 개 밖에 못 지우는 것 같아서요..

아이패드로 강의 들으면서 중요한 판서 부분은 캡쳐했다가 나중에 다시 보는데 캡쳐도 안되네요..ㅠㅠ 막힌 건가요? 화면 녹화도 아니고 캡쳐인데 .. 불법공유 등 악용가능성도 없는데... 아 그리고 에어팟 프로로 듣는데 일시정지/재생도 안됩니다..ㅠㅠ 너무 불편해요. 저는 우리경영아카데미 강의를 듣습니다 확인부탁드려요

아이패드로 강의를 듣고있는데 용량정리 겸 앱을 지웠다가 다시 설치했는데
갑자기 이어폰으로 재생, 일시정지가 안되네요ㅠㅠ
원래 잘되었었는데 왜그러죠??
이어폰으로 일시정지 버튼 누르면 잠깐 멈추는듯 하다가 이어서 재생이 되어요
멈춘 상태에서는 재생도 안되고요

말씀하신 바와 같이 iOS 17 버전 업데이트 이후 대부분 미디어 앱 내에서 말씀하신 단축키 사용에 문제가 있는 것을 확인하였습니다. 
이 내용을 1.9.95 버전에 반영하여 업데이트 대기 상태로 예상으로는 금주 중 업데이트가 될 예정이니 이점 참고 부탁드립니다.

건너뛰기하면 싱크가 안맞아져서 글쓰러 왔는데 
2년전에도 이런 증상이 있었네요 빨리좀 고쳐주셨으면 좋겠습니다…

먼저, 앱이용에 불편을 끼친 점 죄송합니다.
말씀하신 증상은 특정 인코딩 프로그램에서 기본 설정으로 인코딩했을 경우
iOS 15버전 이상부터 싱크 또는 소리가 나지 않는 문제가 발생하였습니다.
현재까지는 2가지 해결 방법을 확인하였으며
iOS 16 버전으로 업그레이드 해 보시거나
업데이트가 불가하시다면 StarPlayer+앱만 따로 실행하신 후 설정 내에 "기본 플레이어"를 Off 하신 후 재생해 보시길 바랍니다.

요 며칠 사이에 업데이트가 된 것 같은데 심각하게 불편해졌습니다. 업데이트 전에는 앞으로가기/뒤로가기 직후 소리가 바로 바로 나왔는데 이제는 약 1-2초의 딜레이가 생겼습니다. 스타플레이어로 강의를 듣고 있는데 업데이트 되자마자 이런 문제가 생겨서 원래대로라면 한 번만 뒤로가기 하면 될 것을 불필요한 딜레이로 인해 두 번씩 뒤로가기 해야 해서 그만큼 수강시간이 늘어나고 조작도 여러 번 해야 하는 불편함이 생겼습니다. 원래 버전은 이러지 않았는데 왜 다운그레이드를 하셨나요ㅠㅠ 너무 불편합니다. 수정 부탁드립니다.
