It’s that they force you to use an app and must login to do so. It’s a dance competition! If you want the media, you have to use the app and download each piece separately to the phone and giving them access to all your photos. Then you have to transfer them to a computer. When it counts, I guess IT will let you down. I understand we live in a digital age; however, if you’re going to introduce an application for goods and services please make sure you test it to make sure it works. Every time I try to open it’s a blank screen and I would love to download my daughters pictures and videos since this is the only way we can view them. Fix the bugs in the app or my child won’t participate in this competition again. Every code I receive for forget password is invalid. I log in under a different email and to claim my dancer it says dancer does exist, when I can see that she’s on the studio list and birthday is correct. ### 1/5 — No support *2022-01-27, version 1.0.12* I have tried to create an account and it says my email is already registered. It was not registered (at least not by me!) When I go through the “forgot password” workflow, it sends the code, I put it in the app and it says “code invalid.” Try to get app support and there’s no way to contact anyone for support. -Super frustrated dance mom ### 2/5 — Good idea poor execution *2022-05-16, version 1.0.17* The app has lots of great potential but wasn’t working well when we used it.
