## What is StarRez?

The StarRez iPhone Directory module allows Staff and Resident Assistants real time access to their StarRez Student Housing Database. 

Note: This application requires the StarRez Student Housing System and StarRez iPhone Services.

Fast Check In Check Out Module

With the Fast Check In Check Out Module, users can speed up the process of checking in and checking out students on campus.

By presenting the Barcode on someone’s Campus ID Card (such as student ID card), the Fast CheckIn/CheckOut Module can execute the CheckIn CheckOut process within seconds.

This module also supports Magnetic Cards, by attaching a supported "Swipe Card Reader" to the iPhone, users can perform the CheckIn/CheckOut process by just swiping a student’s campus ID card on the reader.

This app is frustratingly complicated to use. It is not user friendly and it crashes almost every time I open it. The search engine is broken; when I need to look someone up, it shows the booking history of everyone that has ever lived in the building instead. I need the app to show me the person I am looking for, not irrelevant information. PLEASE update this app and fix all the bugs.

I don't understand why my university has us using this app. The login is completely complicated and not user friendly. And this just takes unnecessary space on my phone. 

But The barcode scanning feature is convenient.

Application works for some users, but won't let other login in. All users have similar logins, all given the same credentials and still doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating.

Does not work at all on iPad 4 running iOS 9. Please fix. When you tap the app it immediately crashes. This is a must have app for my University.
