This app is frustratingly complicated to use. It is not user friendly and it crashes almost every time I open it. The search engine is broken; when I need to look someone up, it shows the booking history of everyone that has ever lived in the building instead. I need the app to show me the person I am looking for, not irrelevant information. PLEASE update this app and fix all the bugs.

I don't understand why my university has us using this app. The login is completely complicated and not user friendly. And this just takes unnecessary space on my phone. 

But The barcode scanning feature is convenient.

This is literally the worst designed piece of software I have ever interacted with. I wish 0 stars was a rating.

Application works for some users, but won't let other login in. All users have similar logins, all given the same credentials and still doesn't work. It's extremely frustrating.

Does not work at all on iPad 4 running iOS 9. Please fix. When you tap the app it immediately crashes. This is a must have app for my University.
