I have tried meditation apps, even YouTube meditation videos. This is something different. I've had it for a few weeks. Almost every time I've used it, it helps get me "out of my head", and if you have ruminating thoughts, you'll know what I mean. The music is soothing, especially playing it through my Bluetooth speakers. I've found that interacting with this app can be very relaxing for me. Pixels are so active in some modes, be careful if U have seizures or suffer from any kind of inner-ear disorders! It will send you reeling into Vertigo! Fun! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Hate the update *2026-01-05* I’ve had this app for almost 10 years and have LOVED it until now. You can’t see the lines of the brushstrokes anymore, it doesn’t let you long press to go “in” the painting. Also previously you could enter the painting and do a cool effect, it would look line a galaxy or something. Which was my students favorite part. I wish that would by brought back. **Developer response:** Thank you for your honest feedback — and for supporting the app for nearly 10 years. That kind of long-term use truly means a lot to me. I wanted to let you know that I have updated the app, and the new version (6.2) addresses all the issues you mentioned. Brushstroke visibility has been restored, and the immersive “dream / galaxy” experience is back. One change to note: long-press is no longer used for "entering" the painting. Entering and navigating the painting is now done through the UI buttons, as there are four modes to choose from: Navigate, Interact, Screen Saver, and Dream Mode.
