App does not work on my iPad mini, login or important box is not visible on the screen and I can’t login until I agree to invisible Terms of Service.

After installing this app on my iPad, I can’t get past the first screen because the app requires you to agree to terms via a control located outside the visible portion of the app.

Battery was fine yesterday and today I see it only 6%. I plugged in the my li time 60 amp charger and it said 4.6 hrs till full. 20 minutes later it said 99% full but the charger is still full steam ahead for the last two hours. It seems there is nothing in between 99 and 6%
