This app direct even work. Too bad I WAS going to pay for a prescription but there’s nothing there. It’s just black. No movies. Nothing. Then I see reviews saying your payments will get stolen. No I’ll stay with your competitors ShortMax, who know how to properly handle the app.

I have tried repeatedly through their customer service and feedback link to get this fixed. I purchased a week through Facebook, and I have been unable to complete a movie on this service yet. It keeps popping up to pay again. I have confirmation emails sending a message to those emails does not work. Contacting customer service does not work.

Paguei a assinatura Vip semanal, mas no aplicativo continua pedindo pagamento quando chega nos episódios Vip. Provavelmente essas avaliações 5 estrelas são pagas.

As histórias são boas mas o bônus é muito ruim você vê os vídeos faz o que pedem e não creditam as moedas , era mais fácil deixar só leitura e vídeos do que colocar pra fazer leitura de Tarot e outras coisas que você passa mais de um minuto e no final não ganha moeda alguma. É melhor arrumarem isso porque se não fica enviavel assistir nessa plataforma

I strongly recommend avoiding a subscription to StarShort.

I subscribed directly through the StarShort application. The problem is that the cancellation function does not work. Every time I attempt to cancel the subscription through the app, I receive an error message, making it impossible to complete the cancellation.

Despite attempting to cancel, the charges continue to recur.

I have also emailed StarShort numerous times requesting assistance and cancellation and have received no response. When a company continues taking recurring payments while its cancellation system produces errors and customer support does not respond, customers are effectively left with no reasonable way to stop being charged.

To make matters worse, the app itself does not work properly much of the time, so I am continuing to be charged for a service that I cannot reliably use and cannot successfully cancel.

At this point, it feels like money is simply being taken from my account without my authorization to continue the service. A legitimate subscription service should provide customers with a clear, functional way to cancel and responsive customer support when that process fails.

I have attempted to cancel. I have contacted the company repeatedly. The cancellation feature does not work, the company has not responded, and the recurring charges continue.

I will now have to dispute the charges through my financial institution.

Buyer beware. I would not subscribe unless and until StarShort fixes its cancellation system and provides customers with a reliable way to stop recurring charges.

Make sure to read the reviews before you hit subscribe on any platform. I purchased on Facebook, and now have no way to cancel the account because it doesn’t register on any app or other service. I followed all directions to cancel in the app, but since I viewed everything on Facebook, I never downloaded the app. Also of note: I can’t even look up the account on Facebook to cancel it that way because it doesn’t show up anymore. They trap you into subscriptions, then, even when you can’t view the content anymore, they continue to charge you. It is a scam. I’ll be filing this through my banking institution to get the charges removed, and I won’t be subscribing again. The content is mediocre at best and looks to be AI generated to top it all off. Highly unsatisfactory.

I had purchased a week through Facebook, and attempted to cancel by following the instructions on their app. Imagine my surprise when the subscription doesn’t show in my App Store or my Apple subscriptions. There is no way to cancel, as other than being listed under “My Apps”, there’s no record of this anywhere. I’m filing a complaint as there’s no way to reach their customer service either.
And the movies on the app are subpar.
