Like other reviewers, this app won’t open for me - this is a real shame as I found the Goody app always worked well. Would have liked to see the app work before it was launched - now I’ll miss out on points when I visit my local.

App is a big step backwards for loyal customers of group. Staff at venues don't know how to use it. Scanners at venues don't work. And I don't understand what credit/benefits I have now. Kapura and the Goody App were way better. Star Group needs to lift their game.
