## What is Start Cue?

Start Cue is a simple focus timer for people who find it hard to get started, including ADHD minds.

Instead of managing a long task list, Start Cue helps you choose one task, set a short focus time, and begin. The calm timer screen keeps the next action visible, with pause, resume, completion, and discard controls when plans change.

You can turn on gentle rain sound, keep the screen awake during focus, and check remaining time from the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island with Live Activities. Completed sessions are saved locally, so you can look back at your total focus time and achievement history.

Start Cue is designed to make starting feel lighter: one task, one timer, one clear cue.
