## What is Start Elliptical?

Start Elliptical without any previous experience required. Get fitter, stronger and burn more calories. Our cross trainer app workout routines will train you for the next stage in your fitness journey.

New to the elliptical machine? Begin with our Starter Plan. In 2 weeks you’ll be comfortable working out and ready for a new challenge.

Start Elliptical will give you step by step instructions to guide you through your workout. You’ll know how hard to train and for how long so you can steadily improve with minimal risk of injury. Each plan is designed to gradually become more challenging so your body can adapt and grow, without you burning out.

Spend under an hour a day, a few times a week. You’ll be fitter and healthier for it!

I’ve been really loving elliptical lately, so I searched for an app to try. So far I’m liking this one! It’s very simple. In my free week trial right now before deciding on a full sub.

My only feedback and ask is that when you exit the app the timer should keep going, not pause.

I would rate this five star if it had more than 3 programs and it didn’t have this really frustrating glitch that the mode you are currently on doesn’t match what it said was coming up next is, so I would have to memorize the “up next” since that is what matches the actual program, or screenshot and view on a separate device if I forgot. Both of which are annoying to do when you are trying to workout…

Started the free trial last night and showing a charge this morning. Emailed company to hopefully rectify this issue . I started with the free trial to see if it fit me needs .🤷‍♀️
