When you actually need it like heading to work at 3:30 PM, 100% stay away from this. They give you an initial wait time of say 15 minutes only for you to watch it change 17 times totaling an hour and 10 minutes. I'm not exaggerating numbers are real haven't experienced once but on average 4 rides a week out of 7. I stopped using this due to being involuntarily late to work because of the drivers keep changing their estimated arrival time. They also change it later in the night too from 10 minutes to 57 what I experienced max, at least I didn't need to be there in certain time. Ultimately, for those who needs to be somewhere at certain time, and if you don't want to get fired because of the drivers being constantly super late, just call an Uber instead. If not, it's free and comfortable ride after an hour wait so why not? I'd give it 5 stars if ETAs weren't this untrustable. If they fix it someday, definitely 5 stars. İt's okay if I can't use it certain times, all I want is honesty so I don't rely on something that fails me in front of my boss. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for skiing to JHMR *2023-01-20, version 1.0.8* App won’t let you buy ticket from Jackson to Teton village/Jackson hole mountain resort. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Go Anywhere I need to go. *2022-12-16, version 1.0.8* Would be nice to expand the service to work in wider parts of the town where people live, and also to the airport. Sometimes app will get stuck on 4 minutes to pick up despite 15+ minute wait time. The only thing I don’t like is that I’m winter it’s taking so long up to 60mins or less. I don’t have a car either. But this has been so great this winter. I’ve used it to get to work and doctor’s appointments. It can be tricky when you have to be somewhere at a specific time. But I’ve found that it works best to try to request a ride 30 minutes or so before you need it in case there’s a longer wait time.
