## What is START Responsible?

Rio Tinto plays a leading role in responsible and sustainable aluminium production. We understand the monumental challenge presented by climate change – and the extraordinary opportunity aluminium has in creating a more sustainable future.

START will provide you with a holistic picture of your sustainable aluminium orders – including key environmental, social, and governance performance. With these key information provided throughout a connected value chain, you and your customers will be empowered to make responsible choices.

The START platform is available on your desktop and as a mobile app. Once registered, you will be able to view your sustainability insights, manage your orders and documents for all your Rio Tinto purchases.

Some features in the desktop version are not available yet in the mobile app. Please contact your Rio Tinto sales representative for more information.
