When I downloaded this app. I thought I was gonna be able to watch shows that I see for free on my TV with “antenna” not even cable. Well, I can’t watch anything. It looks like you have sign to a plan in smart TV in Canada. Just add that in your description because I wouldn’t have downloaded it if I knew that. ### 1/5 — It works how??? *2020-04-08, version 104.8.0* We have Start TV as an OTA channel in my area and since Comet Tv is also an OTA and also streamable over online, l thought this Start TV app would allow it to stream online too. When the app opens it asks for user name and password. No info in the open app or at Apple apps store on how to use this. It tries to make you "sign up" but you can't sign up. (?) Start TV is a free over the air TV channel in my area. I can’t watch 15 mins of tv on my Apple TV without it lagging or completely crashing altogether. Don’t even get me started on the recording. It will show as recorded, or recording. Then when you go to view it, poof! Disappeared. I went with Start because they had an app instead of a box available. Jokes on me. The app hasn’t been updated in months. It’s gotten even worse since the last AppleTV software update because there is no maintenance of the app. Just maddening. I’m going to end up dropping my other start.ca services because of this. Change channels and go back and it still won’t load. Eventually it will tell you there’s an error. Changed channels to another program and it happens again. This is happening far too often anymore. I like the internet but not the tv.
