第一次也是最后一次使用星食客，体验真差，用餐体验一点都不美好
晚上6.33下的单，写的预计7.33送达，但现在都还没收到，也已经查过了骑手发的超时时间
1.送餐不准时，超出预计送餐时间27分钟
2.软件不会显示送餐员位置，追踪不到位置信息
3.联系不上司机，只会在超时后给你发一条食物送达时间，并且是超时后的时间
4.投诉的时候，客服态度尚可，但处理不了问题
5.保证不了送达时间就不要乱写
最后，我不是为了花钱找罪受。建议星食客改进app，加强员工能力，搞好商家与骑手的交接细节

用过几次没有一次按时配送！迟到最少半小时一小时起步！这就算了！最离谱下午提前预定6-7点配送，结果八点半才收到！客服不回信息不回电话！结果快九点才到，菜全是凉透了的，司机说八点才接到的订单！说明餐厅早做好了但是星食客他们根本就没给安排！别说现在还有别的APP送中餐，即使没有也坚决抵制这么恶心的商家！好评都是刷的吧！恶心死了！以前订餐不是不能付款就是每次迟到反正每次订餐都受气今天实在受不了了！决定卸载！用啥不好给他钱赚还得给自己添堵找气生！

Ordered food which took 2 hrs to arrive. Food arrived all spilled in the plastic bag. They refuse to full refund for late and bad delivery and blamed the delivery man or restaurant. End up need to settle with restaurant ourselves. If it was grab food, it would have been full refund and a new delivery without an almost 1 hr of complain. 1130am order food, now 3pm haven’t get the food.
