Nous nous servons de cette application depuis peu et nous n’avons jamais eu un outil aussi instinctif. L’équipe mis en place sur ce logiciel est très facilement  joignable et à l’écoute de leurs clients !

Je l’utilise depuis quelques mois et elle correspond totalement à mes attentes.

Très déçue par cette application ! Elle est censée nous faire gagner du temps, mais au moindre bug tout se complique. Et là, c’est encore pire : j’ai perdu toutes les données et toutes les photos de mon dernier état des lieux… 4 heures de travail réduites à néant. C’est inadmissible !
Impossible d’ouvrir l’application une heure avant mon EDL. J’ai essayé de contacter le service client, sans succès : uniquement un assistant virtuel qui conseille de supprimer l’application après synchronisation. Ce que j’ai fait.
Ne pouvant plus accéder à l’app sur mon téléphone, j’ai dû utiliser une tablette pour réaliser mon EDL, cette fois-ci sans problème.
Mais après avoir enfin reçu une réponse du service client, on me demande à nouveau de supprimer l’application de mon téléphone… et là, toutes mes dernières données ont été effacées.
Ne perdez ni votre temps ni votre argent : passez votre chemin !

Application à vous faire devenir chèvre.Bugs réguliers voir, c’est un stress de partir en état des lieux , aucune sérénité: perte de données, impossibilité d’ouvrir le logiciel, impossibilité de transférer les états des lieux , impossibilité de transférer les états des lieux sur un cloud ainsi vous êtes bloqués avec eux.
