Forget this bank
For such a big bank! This application doesn’t even function properly! After my first attempt to enter username, it produced a message: “too many login attempts. Contact customer service.” I call customer service and wait at least 30 minutes and the call drops! I called again, waited for a customer service person, and she consulted someone and came back to say: “Go to our webpage, print the form for regeneration of password, fill it, sign it and take it to your branch.”

Why you not updating the App.we cant see the balance or even cant login. It seems you people just seat on desk and not improving yourself. Disgusting bank even it said to be government.

This latest upgrade made this app useless. All the time it keep saying connect to internet.
App Developer must be a fresher who forgot to test before uploading the upgrade to App Store.

Showing "Error. Please check your internet connection" even though I'm connected. Cannot even access it through we browser because BOI is pushing this useless app on you.
