No response from customer service. Restaurant option from this platform is good. ### 3/5 — Not fully translated into other languages *2021-03-22, version 2.2.1* The app does work, however... If Chinese is not your first language, you might find the listings and menus posted by merchants a bit difficult to decipher. Now, this is probably not the fault of the Starve Bird, Inc... Rather, the fault is likely with the Merchants not bothering to post English-language translations of their menus. I also get that this app is likely marketed towards Chinese/Taiwanese/“Huaren” expatriates living in the United States, especially since most marketing materials I found in Asian restaurants are fully written in Chinese. But this time after an hour waiting, the assigned deliveryman cancelled and no explanation provided. It took another hour for the second deliveryman to pick up my order and deliver to my place.
