To be completely honest, everything about this app is disappointing. The content delivery is poor, and the auto-renewal system feels misleading. I’ll admit I wasn’t vigilant enough to cancel in time—but the way the app makes it unnecessarily difficult to unsubscribe feels manipulative and intentional. I subscribed specifically to watch cricket and football, yet I couldn’t properly watch even a single match. On TV and PlayStation, the app constantly throws playback errors. On mobile, it barely runs smoothly for more than 10–15 minutes without lag or interruption. Watching a full over without buffering is nearly impossible. As for football—there’s no consistency. Instead of showing the matches you actually want to watch, the app decides what you get.
