I paid for premium but the OCR is not functioning to pull what I have from either label or barcode with no obstruction. This accessibility feature please needs to be refined for constant back to back look ups and actually allowing it to add to stash from the stash menu. **Developer response:** Hi, and thanks for taking the time to write. The yarn scanner is free for everyone. There are two different scanners in the app: The scanner under Stash → New Entry adds yarn to your stash by reading the label and filling in the details. The scanner in the Yarn Database only searches for the yarn, so it does not add anything to your stash. If you do not see the camera icon under Stash, please check that Assisted Features are enabled in Settings. I also checked the scan logs from the 26th/27th. All scans except one returned matches from the Ravelry yarn database. Please try again, and if it still does not work, contact me through the Feedback button and tell me which yarn you scanned. Particularly like how fast it is to upload photos to projects. Syncs very fast with ravelry. Nice simple navigation. I love being able to look up my stash and tools when I am in a store to better manage my buying. The only reason it is a 4 is that I am struggling a bit with getting the counters set up properly. I used to upload those from the internet or bought elsewhere such as Etsy but now it won’t allow me to. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review. I noticed that the upload was disabled if there was no Ravelry pattern which was a bug. Now you can go to your project and upload your own PDF. Note you can always send feedback with the feedback button. ### 5/5 — Vielversprechend und spannend! *2026-02-28* Ich nutze Ravelry seit 2008. Immer am Rechner. Am iPhone machte mir Ravelry keine Freude. Daher ist es meinerseits ein großes Lob für Stash2Go II, dass ich zumindest hier und da mal per iPhone und App die Ravelry Daten nutze. Dazu kommt, dass man erkennen kann, dass noch viel Bewegung da ist und die App weiter verbessert wird. Letztes finde ich super positiv, vielversprechend und spannend. Trotz altem iPhone habe ich keinerlei technische Probleme. L’accès aux forums est bon, meilleur que d’autres app pour Ravelry, notamment le rafraîchissement des messages non lus. Je n’ai pas tout testé car l’appli me semble encore un peu jeune. I had to download a different app because this one just doesn’t perform a search well, pulled up items i didn’t want, can’t be sorted, and is just not user friendly. I’ve tried closing the app and reopening it and restarting my phone. It’s always a delight when the app actually shows anything besides “Patterns” at the top simply because it happens so rarely. None of my favorites projects appear, or quede items, friends, and my stash. I had updated my username and it is not registering the updated username. When I type in the search engine it was not clear that in order to get out I had to press cancel, this needs to be made more obvious. I thought I was stuck in the typing mode. Would love to have cancel appear more noticeable, as a button perhaps or a more noticeable color. So far the only thing that works on the app is the forum… The yarn shop feature, if I type in a city, shows me everything I would get on google maps. it does not show me any yarn stores in the city or around me. A feature i really liked on the old version that I don’t seem to have here is looking up a project and using filters to refine my search. I’m also not able to have the option to save a patter to favorites or library. I just subscribed for the year thinking the app would work if I did, and now I’m just very disappointed in the money I lost. I couldn’t figure it out and as far as assistance, I found none. I deleted it entirely and tried to reinstall but although it downloaded, again it was not functioning at all. The pattern search does not work well and freezes to where I have to close the app, reopen it, and try my search again. While it does have a mobile version, I find it lacks some of the functionality of the full site. Bonne nouvelle : je corrige ça dès la prochaine mise à jour. Vous pourrez alors glisser vos projets pour les remettre dans l'ordre que vous voulez, directement sur mobile.
