Pandemic isolation and then losing my Rav community has been very difficult. I have the paid version and it’s so buggy that I have to close and reopen constantly to move around in the app - it freezes very frequently, particularly when reading forums. (Which, I know I have purchased it already because I’ve used the pattern and had it open on my computer and have receipt of payment in my email box). I thought upgrading and paying for the full app would correct this problem. It did not. :( If that were fixed, the app would get 5 stars. (The response to me, by the way, was a long time in coming and apparently there was a post on the issue on Ravelry, though I didn’t see it.) I still have to say that I have never paid so much for an app that appears to have so few advantages over the free version. If I had known, before I paid, what I know now I would have stayed with the free version and put up with the ads. I look forward to its ongoing development. ### 5/5 — Love it so much upgraded from the free version *2017-07-31, version 2.8* I have been playing around with the free version for a couple of months, and I really love it - so far it does everything I need it to do, and in some respects has more functionalities than Ravelry does, in the sense that for instance one can upload all manner of pdf files to a project, even if these are not in your library. So suppose you have bought a magazine and scanned a pdf of a pattern for your personal use, you can open it with Stash2go, associate it with a project, and then just knit or crochet away in the app, with the pattern and the counters in front of you. I use it both on an iPad and an iPhone, thoguh obviously the iPad is much better if you are knitting, while the iphone app is great if you are looking for yarn in a shop and want to check your project, or have a project and are looking for yarn to match. The lite version seems to do all that the paid version does (save the ads, which are not very intrusive), but I bought the full version as it is a one off (unlike other Ravelry related apps that require a subscription), and I really want to support this developer. In fact, the developer supports the app too in the Ravelry group, very prompt in responding to questions. If you use the needle inventory in Ravelry, it updates into the app. Can’t enter them directly into the app, which is what I thought when I bought it.
