They told me my account was banned???? Had to submit documents to revert ban, and at the same time update my mobile and requested a change of mobile since Dec. July i finally received 3 notifications that my mobile is finally updated. AUGUST came in still unable to withdraw because my mobile is still not reflected????? The lapse in this all is unacceptable. Very disappointing from a company that charges high management fees and advertises that it has an algorithm which should provide improved results. The positive is that the app is easy to use and the value of the investment updates each business day. As soon as I break even on this disastrous investment maybe I’m the next couple of years I will move my money to an All World Vanguard ETF. Such incompetence. Endowus is better. ### 1/5 — Untrustworthy Platform *2023-09-07, version 16.572.0* I wouldn’t recommend - support is a farce (if you are directed to reach out to them); Even within the low-risk portfolios like simple plus and simple guaranteed - whilst you do experience a positive return; They conveniently hold your funds until fixed interest rates drop before releasing into the portfolio for you to accept a lower rate than advertised. Whilst they promote 1-3 working days for transfers between portfolios, I experienced 8 days on 2 separate occasions with my money being released hours after a rates change. You obviously start to question how ethical this platform is when this happens on 2 separate occasions months apart, whilst your close friend has his money transferred within 24 hours between portfolios. Zero consistency which makes you question…..How safe is my money with these clowns 🤡 ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2023-05-13, version 15.499.1* TypeError [AUTH]: undefined is not an object(evaluating s.response). Getting this error. Logged out and tried again, same issue.
