Would also be good to be able to set preferences eg Premier Inn rather than newsagents ### 3/5 — Difficult to trust *2026-05-21* In Europe similar apps exist and you can walk up to the participating store or cafe to see the app’s logo. You can then scope the place out to decide whether to leave your valuables there. We’re in Bracknell UK and wanted to store 4 items when switching between Airbnbs. Stasher seems to be ‘fully booked’ locally even for days ahead. Odd. We walked around its supposed location, no sign. I’m not convinced there’s a Stasher partner or locker installation in Bracknell. **Developer response:** Hi, We do have active partners in Bracknell. We send identification stickers to all locations, but not all display them as visibly as we'd like. We're working on this!! Regarding availability: our partners have limited capacity per day. Fully booked means demand has filled available spots. With 4 items this fills up faster. We recommend booking in advance to secure space. Stasher appeared on a Google Maps search for left luggage. 5 mins later I’d downloaded the app, booked in my bag in, paid, and left it at the Station Hotel, less than 50metrea away. Next time I will know what to expect, but this app is not for the faint of heart. I did drop off and retrieve my bags safely, but getting it was a harrowing journey. I was time crunched and the actual address of the drop-off location per the app and emails took me to the wrong place. Messaging with. The app tried to no avail. The customer service line sent me to a fax line. I was able to find the actual location using google search. The actual drop off and retrieval was easy. I’m not sure my bags were stored as securely as I might like, but there were no issues there. **Developer response:** Thanks for this feedback. It’s not located in same place it says (Galleria is not 3 blocks away). Sends to an address with a company name not at address… contact help get the bot and no assistance. Stranded with luggage at a location no one is here to help. No response from chat. No number to call. Getting my money returned or canceling payment . Delete the app. Sucks! Ripoff! My plans changed 3 days before and I cancelled and they only offer a 50% refund. Just a little scammy to me and I guess it’s in the fine print so buyers beware.
