I immediately raised a support ticket, received only automated responses, and got no meaningful resolution. Today, my EMI bounced because the foreclosure issue was still unresolved. Instead of fixing the issue, they added another ₹2,500 in charges. Now, when I’m trying to pay and foreclose the loan, the app throws a technical error and won’t let me complete the payment. So for a loan of 2.5L for 20days I have paid additional 34,000rs as charges. I wonder how government is letting such frauds loot people. So let me get this straight: * No proper customer support. * Automated replies with no resolution. * Extra charges added while my complaint was pending. * Technical errors preventing foreclosure even when I’m ready to pay. This is completely unacceptable for a financial company. If your own app prevents customers from making payments and then you charge them for the resulting delays, that’s a serious failure of customer service and system reliability.
