I have shared the statement of banks so many times and yet they harass you calling everyday The app is so outdated and you can’t update anything in the app. Client support is so rude and inexperienced that the fail to understand anything and will repeatedly ask you to share statements again and again Inspite of having it with them just to delay. I immediately raised a support ticket, received only automated responses, and got no meaningful resolution. Today, my EMI bounced because the foreclosure issue was still unresolved. Instead of fixing the issue, they added another ₹2,500 in charges. Now, when I’m trying to pay and foreclose the loan, the app throws a technical error and won’t let me complete the payment. So for a loan of 2.5L for 20days I have paid additional 34,000rs as charges. I wonder how government is letting such frauds loot people. So let me get this straight: * No proper customer support. * Automated replies with no resolution. * Extra charges added while my complaint was pending. * Technical errors preventing foreclosure even when I’m ready to pay. This is completely unacceptable for a financial company. If your own app prevents customers from making payments and then you charge them for the resulting delays, that’s a serious failure of customer service and system reliability. All my EMIs have been paid on time without fail, through auto-debit. Despite maintaining a perfect repayment record, I am now unable to access the credit line without any clear reason or explanation. This situation is extremely disappointing, especially when the credit line was promoted by the company’s sales representatives as being similar to a credit card—reliable and accessible during emergencies. Unfortunately, that assurance has proven to be misleading. Sent multiple emails but no reply. App shows refund will be done in 15 days but till now nothing has happened. It has been a very long time still struggling to get a response from them. No reply on mails, no calls, no option of raising concern on app. This is there idea of getting money once a good customer made everypayment on time and closed loan. No update till now just a message on app that we are working on it from more than 2 weeks. Today it’s been 30+days and still they didn’t gaved any resolution for my concern. One more thing I encountered, if you fail some EMI’s and latter you paid it than too they will report CIBIL as negative mark and same will be reported from many other financial institutions even when I didn’t took any loans. Such a fraud app, I have already filed a complaint against them. Your privacy is not taken care of. The application takes all your data from the mobile. If you miss one of your EMI, their team immediately talks to you and if you miss it again, they even start abusing you. They do not care about your privacy at all. They call all your relatives. And we tell everyone that we are thieves, we do not bow down by taking loans. How will you feel about every person Time is not the same. That is why people take loans. Changing review from 5 to 1 star, from past 2 month I'm not able to take any amount even though I have available credit limit and also received a credit limit upgrade. Contacted customer support daily for past 1 month and tried calling grevience officer, all number "not available" . Also no response or resolution from the customer support. Please fix this as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — Credit line *2024-04-22, version 5.6.3* Technical problem with app while withdrawing money from credit line, sometime it annoying the customers. The maintainance of work for the must be done at night not in the morning in my view for the smooth running of the app. The technical fault of the app must be solved as soon as possible because it creates problems for the customers. The company should take some steps towards this. Rest all fuctions are nice, easy to apply loan, withdrawal money, instant deposit of money etc. The techcial error (LOC_101) while withdrawing from credit line ### 1/5 — They use same Loan Account *2024-02-28, version 5.6.0* Same loan account is used everytime you take out a loan from them. My limit was 60K but every time I took the funds they would just aimply use the same loan account number so if I took out 60K once and closed the loan later and took out 60K again and closed the loan again and took out again and haven’t closed the loan yet, they will show in CIBIL report that you took 180K amount and haven’t closed the loan yet. I don’t know why they do this but this is not the standard process.
