I am a big fan! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — AVOID AT ALL COSTS *2025-02-17* Had this app for years, was ok until I needed to change my master password, WOW. Never seen a more difficult process and one that requires you to delete all your apps just to change the password. Was never able to recover my account and passwords. After authenticating my email my new password would only unlock my account on pc and it showed all my passwords as empty folders without my information, same password would NOT unlock my phone app nor would my old password. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, it’s ok up until you need to change your password and the tech support are useless ### 1/5 — Paid for subscription in January 2024 *2024-11-12* Paid for renewal in January 2024. All year I have been unable to add new information. The app states renew membership. However, even though I have the receipt from January, I try to renew. The app then states that I’m already a member. There is no customer service representative to speak with. With all that said I’d rate customer service as a 0 because I’ve been unable to contact someone. I’ve left 2 messages on the number included in the privacy policy section. I have never received followup. The app seems to be useful I am just unable to use it because of glitches in their system. ### 1/5 — Really? *2017-03-12* So, I'm apparently at risk of getting 'hacked' if I use my password for multiple sites or for too long... and the solution to this is to download a third-party app, tell it what my passwords are and for which sites?
