I’ve been trying to book a bus for three hours and im now late and had to cancel. This happens way too much I hate this app.

It’s twice now that this new app won’t let me book a bus. Old app is way better more detailed and user friendly. This one sucks

Everytime I go to my gf’s house and try to book a bus, it takes at least like 2 hours to even find a bus, this is only reliable when it wants to work, half of the time all I get is “sorry, we couldn’t find a ride” like what do u mean u couldn’t find a ride when I know for a fact there’s a bus out there driving as I’m struggling to even find it
