Hard to contact them ever and poor customer service when you finally reach someone. Then they will jack your rate way up if you have to file a claim ever like first one for less than $10,000. Really rude agent also. Super disappointing.

I cannot make changes to my policy online. And then, when I call your number, I can never get in touch with a real person. The automated services never switch me over to an agent.

This company is great but the app is horrible do not forget your password you will have to enter 10 different times and then it will still say you’re not allowed on this web browser you have to go completely out then back in and the saga continues then they ask you to identify pictures that you need a magnifying glass for and even when you pick the right ones it will give Do you more if you pick it’s ridiculous

That would take you to your web browser to manage your password. Password management is handle by our web app, not the mobile app. If you have further trouble, please contact us at 833-SA-HELPS.

App does not update correctly with current balance correctly.  I called and they said refresh your app but it didn’t work.
