I tried entering it and me to call someone to set a password. They ridiculous that well know Credit Union can have this . If I have to jump through a hoop fire I’m canceling my account. No credit should treat their customers like this. ### 3/5 — Has problems *2024-01-10* The user interface is good and transfers are instant, however transactions sometimes take a while to submit. When there is a problem with the app, the number they present to you doesn’t work so you just have to wait till the app starts working again. Just no customer support at all. ### 2/5 — LIMITED *2024-01-04* Extremely limited in features. Often riddled with false negatives when logging in. That is, the app fails to recognize correct login information. When this occurs I login on another device with the same credentials, which were rejected on the first device. ### 2/5 — Can’t load *2021-12-18, version 21.2.70* I’m so bummed this doesn’t download older versions anymore. I had it on my iPad for awhile but deleted it a few months ago. Now I can’t get it back, it won’t download any old versions but only the latest and won’t pass this screen that says a new update is recommended. ### 2/5 — Too Many Bugs *2021-06-05, version 20.2.80* I have always had issues with this app. Sometimes it fails to authenticate my login information. Now, with the latest updates it does not have FaceID working properly. I’ll uninstall the app, reinstall it and enable FaceID and it’ll work for a few logins and then stop. It’s very annoying... ### 3/5 — Gets the job done *2020-05-26, version 20.1.20* Clunky but workable ### 2/5 — Requires password after logging in via FaceID to conduct payment activities. *2020-04-20, version 19.3.20* Really need to add FaceID support. As a mobile application to be utilized efficiently alternate login options are needed rather than requiring password entry. Which compromises the security of a password as a mobile device is often used in a more public setting. ### 1/5 — Does not work at *2019-05-22, version 18.4.40* Me and a friend both downloaded this app awhile ago and we both still can not use it. The app will not allow us to even log into it. So on the full site, I changed it. The app still won’t work. So I deleted it and tried again. Still no good. I’ve done that three times including in the branch. I can no longer pay bills through the app because it’s supposed to be more “convenient and easy” which it isn’t and now zelle isn’t working on the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible features *2022-08-16, version 22.1.20* This app is generally awful. It works for the most bare minimum of things. At least once a week the app arbitrarily won’t open and says that it cannot validate my credentials. It is extremely inconvenient to not be able to rely on this app. None of my other financial apps have this problem so I don’t know why SECU of NM can’t bring their app up to speed. I am really tired of it and am shopping for a new bank today.
