Flexibility-Strength training coached by a sports therapist and flexibility coach with years of experience and vast knowledge working in the industry. Working with beginners with limited movement  and pain, to athletes with sport specific flexibility- strength goals. All plans are tailored to the individual, measuring your currently flexibility ranges of movement and monitoring progress with the app and consistent testing and accountability. The app comes with a vault of extra workouts and pain rehab educational tools to educate and facilitate consistency in your training and avoiding unnecessary injuries. Take full advantage of having access to a flexibility-strength coach and a sports therapist to level up your training all in the same place. Whether you are a martial arts competitor wanting to improve your high kick, or a dancing wanting to display the split through a movement or pose, we have you covered. Front splits, side splits, backbends and shoulder flexibility workouts are some of the foundations used to take your physical capabilities to a place you have never been before. Let's get started.
