It should be set up just like a checkbook register, as this app is an electronic representation of a checkbook register. Balances should be shown for each debit or deposit. Dates don’t necessarily match up either. The way direct deposit transactions are logged is ridiculous. SSB has received the direct deposit, but because their lazy employees haven’t “batched” the deposit, your balance reflects the deposit, yet no deposit or date shows on your register. SSB should be ashamed of this app and needs to replace it immediately. ### 1/5 — Glitch *2023-06-28* It glitches out randomly and won’t show you available balance after you’ve already paid for the item, or also does pending charges days after the purchase ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-02-20, version 5.0.5724* Doesn’t offer over draft protection. Doesn’t even give you 24 hrs to make an over draft correct before charging you the fee. Also they don’t notify you that an over draft occurs by email or any other means. They charge u a fee to get a new card when it fails to read at the register and their app is crap to navigate. Also app is glitchy some time it gives proper info then a few hrs later it glitches back a few days to a different balance. Then I’d have to log out and back in to the current.
