Cannot transfer customer to customer anymore, transactions not showing up, cannot see payee payment history.  Not happy.  Have had transaction disappear..  the old system was cumbersome but accurate and gave more info when needed.  Love the Bank, Love the people, locations are great.  Everyone is always so helpful!  Just hate online banking system

Whoever sold SSB on this upgrade should be sued! After 3 days nothing works like the previous app! Contacted SSB and all I get back is marketing bull-ony.

Have tried off and on to get the mobile app. Have spoken to at least 6 different people and no one can help. Our money is not staying in this bank for much longer!

The app is okay and just okay. From the Home Screen all the way through the app. It’s not cohesive it’s not user friendly and you have to click away from pages. The Home Screen should give you all your information at first glance for all accounts and then you should click on something to look further into it. I’m not logging in to go in a scavenger hunt.

I don’t like how the format of the transaction history changes and I don’t like that it doesn’t go back very far before you have to view it on a statement or a different page

I’m all for more security but this new app doesn’t work consistently with my face recognition or with a saved password. Really disappointed.

I don’t even know where to begin with hiw wrong this app is. Can not see statements from my phone anymore.  WAY too many steps to search for a SINGLE amount!! Just to name a few. I could go on. But whhhy?
