The Document Manager was used to design format our documents the way we wanted them. In the process of getting the messages & reminders going so we can automate the reminder and thank message process. This app seems to be the real deal. Uses solid accounting principles, is easy to setup and has plenty of help instruction and movies too. Reliable, well designed and is accurate, perfect to use in the field on my iPad. Tracks customers, calls, labor, parts and sales. It’s fast and easy to set-up and install. I can send email invoices and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period. All of my history is instantly available to see what work I have done and there is a support function that can be used to get questions answered. The Document Manger lets provides design capabilities and you can even change the terminology to fit your language and business needs. It does take some time and effort to set up but is well worth it once you’re rolling. i tried another app but the information was on a server and I needed a connection for it to work, not so good for me because of my sometimes poor connections. This app has everything stored on my iPad and works smoothly with my existing contacts and calendar. They should charge a lot more for this app!
